Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $49.99 ($50.00 and up), where offered at checkout. Orders of $49.99 or less do not qualify for free shipping. Paid expedited and other shipping options remain available at the rates shown at checkout. Shipping availability and costs vary by item and delivery location; exact options and rates are displayed before you complete your order.
Processing Time
Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after processing.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us decoragem@decoragem.store. Orders not received within 60 days of the purchase date qualify for a full refund.
(This policy excludes customer errors such as incorrect shipping addresses or missed deliveries.)
Returns & Refunds
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement right away.
General Returns
Sale-priced jewelry, other sale items, and gift cards are excluded from our 30-day return policy. See our Refund Policy for all exceptions and applicable return terms.
For eligible non-defective items returned in original condition, no restocking fee applies. We will provide a prepaid return label, and once the item is received, we will issue your refund without a restocking fee deduction.
All returns must:
Be in original packaging and condition
Be requested within 30 days of delivery
Decoragem reserves the right to refuse returns made after the 30-day window.
